
The 4th Enfield Scouts recently attended the premiere of Sir David Attenborough’s new film, Ocean, in London. This unique experience combined cinema’s magic with nature’s wonders.
A Night to Remember
The scouts were thrilled to be part of the prestigious event, mingling with celebrities and environmental advocates. They proudly represented Enfield, showcasing their dedication to the great outdoors.

The Film: A Dive into the Deep
Ocean explores the world’s oceans, highlighting the need for conservation. The scouts were captivated by the film’s stunning visuals and powerful message, leaving with a renewed sense of environmental responsibility.
Inspiring the Next Generation
Attending the premiere was an educational experience that reinforced the importance of environmental stewardship. The scouts returned to Enfield inspired to continue their conservation efforts and raise awareness about climate change.
Scout Volunteer and Teacher at Latymer All Saints School Enfield Jenny Thorp said “Scouts is all about helping young people gain skills for life. As a Science Coordinator I know how important protecting our planet is and this film really brings that message to life”
