Do you love bringing people together, helping them grow, and making sure they feel valued? As the Team Leader for Volunteer Experience & Development, you’ll lead the charge in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for every volunteer in the District.
In this role, you’ll:
- Attract and welcome new volunteers, helping them settle in smoothly and confidently.
- Support Group and District teams to build strong, inclusive volunteer cultures that reflect our values.
- Coordinate learning and development opportunities—making sure training is accessible, engaging, and meaningful.
- Recognise and celebrate the fantastic work our volunteers do, both formally and informally.
You’ll help make volunteering with Scouts rewarding, supportive, and something people are proud to be part of.
