Do you enjoy creating fun, energetic activities and watching younger Scouts light up with excitement? As the Beavers Programme Leader for District Camp, you’ll shape a programme that’s playful, inclusive, and full of adventure for our youngest campers.
In this role, you’ll:
- Design and plan an engaging programme tailored to Beaver Scouts attending District Camp.
- Work closely with the Camp Chief to make sure the programme fits smoothly into the wider camp experience.
- Collaborate with Beaver section leaders to ensure activities are age-appropriate, safe, and exciting.
- Help create memories that Beavers will talk about long after camp has ended.
This role typically involves around three meetings with the core camp team, plus two to three meetings with section leaders to plan and coordinate the programme.
You’ll play a key part in making District Camp a magical first big camp experience for many young people.
