Do you love planning activities that challenge, inspire, and energise young people? As the Cubs Programme Leader for District Camp, you’ll be at the heart of creating a programme that keeps Cubs busy, engaged, and smiling from start to finish.
In this role, you’ll:
- Create a fun, balanced, and adventurous programme for Cub Scouts at District Camp.
- Work with the Camp Chief to ensure the programme aligns with the overall camp vision.
- Coordinate with Cub section leaders to deliver activities smoothly and confidently.
- Help ensure every Cub feels included, supported, and proud of what they achieve.
This role is likely to involve around three meetings with the core camp team, along with two to three meetings with section leaders to plan and organise the programme.
You’ll help make District Camp a highlight of the Cubs’ Scouting journey.
