In this role, you’ll:
- Explore and develop new programme ideas that help leaders offer more adventurous, meaningful experiences.
- Look for opportunities that build volunteers’ skills and make volunteering more enjoyable.
- Lead and support the members of the District Programme Team.
- Work with other District teams to make sure great ideas turn into real impact.
You’ll help ensure our District programme stays fresh, relevant, and inspiring for both young people and volunteers.
