Are you passionate about supporting young volunteers as they grow into confident leaders? As Young Leaders Team Lead, you’ll make sure our Young Leaders feel supported, valued, and proud of what they achieve.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the District’s Young Leader training programme.
- Support Young Leaders to complete their Young Leader badges and progress towards the belt.
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for Young Leaders across the District.
- Organise social events that celebrate and recognise our young volunteers.
You’ll help nurture the next generation of leaders while making sure they enjoy every step of the journey.
