You’ll lead a dedicated team that:
- Builds strong partnerships with local organisations to grow Scouting in new communities.
- Champions Scouts in the local area through positive media and community engagement.
- Supports Groups to open new Sections where they’re needed most.
- Keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—from finances and governance to digital tools and property management.
