Do you enjoy problem-solving and helping Scouting grow? As New Membership Lead, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new young people and volunteers into the District.
In this role, you’ll:
- Distribute joining requests from Gilwell and the District website to appropriate Groups.
- Help manage and reduce the backlog of joining enquiries.
- Work with Groups and District teams to open, close, or merge sections based on local demand.
- Share successful recruitment ideas across the District.
You’ll help more people discover Scouting and find the right place to belong.
