Do you love helping young people take their first steps in Scouting? As Beavers Programme Team Leader, you’ll support Beaver sections across the District to deliver fun, inclusive, and confidence-building programmes.
In this role, you’ll:
- Work with Group leaders to plan and deliver engaging District-level activities for Beaver Scouts.
- Support Beaver Scout sections across the District with ideas, encouragement, and guidance.
- Encourage and support Beaver sections to work towards the Chief Scout’s Bronze Award.
- Organise and lead regular get-togethers for Beaver leaders, creating a space to share ideas and support one another.
You’ll help Beavers have fun, try new things, and build memories that spark a lifelong love of Scouting.
