Do you love adventurous programmes and supporting young people to push their limits? As Scouts Programme Team Leader, you’ll help deliver exciting opportunities that challenge and inspire Scouts across the District.
In this role, you’ll:
- Work with Group leaders to plan and deliver a dynamic District programme for Scouts.
- Support Scout sections throughout the District with ideas and encouragement.
- Encourage and support Scouts working towards the Chief Scout’s Gold Award.
- Lead regular get-togethers for Scout leaders, helping them connect, share ideas, and feel supported.
You’ll help Scouts develop skills, confidence, and memories that stay with them for life.
